- To start, book a free fit call and share the reason for meeting, work email, primary website domain and email domain if different. A domain provides a starting point for passive external review; the full Cyber Intel Exposure Review and briefing belong to the agreed paid engagement.
- CMMC review discussions cover provided requirements, CUI flow if applicable, proposed scope and future defense-business plans, with lead CCA involvement as appropriate. Commercial discussions cover business drivers, operations, security evidence, provider responsibilities and future plans.
- Clients approve a written scope, price and schedule before the paid review begins. After the briefing and written roadmap, clients can work with their existing team or separately engage further readiness, implementation support or ongoing leadership.
- A free 15-minute fit call precedes any paid review. Scope, evidence inputs and delivery schedule are agreed before work begins. Technical testing, implementation, full readiness support and ongoing vCISO services are separately scoped and priced. The $3,500 price is not a monthly vCISO retainer.
- Passive observations guide internal validation; they do not establish compromise, scope or compliance. Clients ready for ongoing vCISO leadership can discuss a direct engagement.
